was the situation last year?2.) If I understood last night's conversation, HISD had to buy that extra food or Aramark would lose money? Is that correct? Would you please explain that? Does HISD have to buy a certain amount of food from Aramark each year? 3.) What types of food compose the surplus inventory? 4.) Is this helpful or harmful for food stocks for the upcoming academic year? How does HISD and Aramark plan to remedy the situation?
