Q: Who are bad apples? Do you agree with what is depicted in documentary about bad apples?

The basic cooperating principle of a corporate world was quickly reduced to a game to follow the leader. There are different types of bad apples i.e. may be the whole organization serve as a bad apple and the people working inside the organization. We can also define bad apples in two perspectives. Internal and external perspective. In the internal perspective people create problems, do wrong and dishonest in the organization serve as bad apple. In external perspective, cooperation which are introducing the bad and unhealthy products in the society which cause harm and destruction. Bad apple may be visionary i.e. their motive is known, to gain profit on the behalf of society and environment. Some organization or persons looks like beneficial and devoted but indirectly they tried to cut the roots and serve as bad apples. United States is the great place in the world to invest. There are not just a bunch of bad apples there. Following are the examples of some organizations that are bad apples: K mart Xerox Enron

Enron is an organization which was adding hidden figures in the statements just to retain the stakeholders. As actually it is not generating profits so it collapses suddenly. This is the worlds crisis of confidence in business. I agreed with what is depicted in the documentary about bad apples. We cant pick a better matter for to describe the dominant institution of our time. Through the voices of CEOs, brokers, good or bad insiders and outsiders represent the corporation as a paradox and institution that creates great wealth but causes enormous hidden harms. Organization is like a family unit and they work for a common end and those organizations that serve as a bad apple they motive is only to maximize their profits. And the people who serve as e bad apples in an organization may be because of their personal motives, interests, jealousy and enmity, etc. and they may leak the important information of the organization to the others.
