ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT

This Assignment of Contract (theAssignment) is made and effective March 6, 2012, BETWEEN : M. Yogie Anggara, (the Assignor), a cooperation organized and existing under the laws of the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, with its project dealer located at: Pogung Kidul SIA XVI/3/1D Sinduadi, Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta.

AND

: Bhinarta Windu, (the Assignee), a cooperation organized and existing under the laws of the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, with its customer located at: Pogung Kidul SIA XVI/3/1D Sinduadi, Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta.

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned assignor hereby assigns, transfers and sets over to assignee all rights, title and interest held by the assignor in and to the following described contract:

1. TERMS A. As a fresh customer, you required to pay a construction costs as much as Rp.200.000. B. If you have been become a customer, you need to pay a monthly fee as much as Rp.50.000. C. A monthly fee must be paid before 10 at each month, if you are late in paying a monthly fee, you will be charged a surcharge as much as Rp.3.000/day. IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the parties have executed this Assignment on the day and year first above written.
