AND WARRANTS THAT IT CAN FULFILL THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT
AND PROVIDE THE PRODUCT AND BUYER READY , WILLING AND ABLE TO
PURCHASE THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBE TEXTILE PRODUCT SAID SHIRTS , BOTH
REFERRED TO HERE AND FOR THE TERMS OF AGREEMENTS.

Quantity 200.000 pcs
Contract period
Delivery CIF , Kota Kinabalu port. Sabah , Malaysia.
Partial shipments allowed , for each 20,000 pcs until 40,000 pcs.
In every shipments.
-First shipment will make latest 30 (thirty) calender days after the buyer
Complete the first payment or will be determined less than 30
days aggreed by both parties.
-Following shipments will performed and done latest 21 (twenty one)
days after the first advance payments done by buyer.
Packing Carton boxes , in 20ft container.
Price Rm 33 / pcs
Total value of contract : Rm 6,600,000,- (Six million six hundred
Thousands , Malaysian Ringgit)
Payments -Every of single partial shipments , in 1 or 2 containers 20ft long.

First of Partial Shipment

-Buyer will pay : 75% of total partial shipments value in advance, just
after both parties signing the partial shipment Purchase Order.
-Buyer will pay the rest of 25% , latest 90 (ninety) days after the cargo
receipt by buyer at Port of Kota Kinabalu.

Following Partial Shipments

-Buyer will pay : 75% of total partial shipments value in advance, just
after both parties signing the partial shipment Purchase Order.
-Buyer will pay the rest of 25% , latest 14 (fourtyn) days after the cargo

 receipt by buyer at Port of Kota Kinabalu.
Payments will be made by Telegrafic Transfer to the seller’s Bank
account.
Inspection Quanitity and quality determination will be carried out but independent
surveyor or any party who will be incharge assigned buy the buyer

CONTRACT :
- This contract will act as major contract for quantity of 200,000 pcs , with price : Rp 33 /
pcs (Thirty three Malaysia ringgit) and total price : Rm 6,600,000,- (Six Million six
hundred thousand Malaysian Ringgit).
- Every of the partial shipment will have the same price.

FORCE MAJEURE.
Either party to this contract shall be held resposible for breach of contract caused by act of
God : Insurrection ; civil war , militery operation or local emergencies the parties do accept
the international provision of force majeure as published by the international chamber of
commerce

ARIBITRATION
Both parties hereby agree to settle any dispute amicably during the contract period.
How ever , if a settlement cannot be reached the dispute in question shall be submitted to
arbitration in Jakarta
