Making meatballs Materials needed: 1 kilo of very fine minced meat 2 eggs 300 grams of tapioca-flour 4-8 cloves of garlic 1 garlic 1 teaspoon of white papper 2 teaspoons of salt mixer Goal Materials needs
Steps: Steps 1. Firstly, of all,mix garlic,salt and white pepper in a montar or mixer 2. Second,mix the spice-mixture with the eggs,the tapioca-flour and the minced meat 3. After that,use your fingers,add a cup of water,and keep on working until the mixture feels soft and smooth 4. Then, boil some water in a rather large pot at least about 2 liters 5. Next step,start rollingthe mixture into small meatballs 6. Finallysteps lower the meatballs into the boiling water.When they float up to the surface the meatball are ready to serve.

Clean the beef rump and cut into cubes Blend shallot,garlic,ginger,candlenut,turmeric,red chili and nuts until smooth Heat pan and put all blended ingredients and saute until cooked and smell good Add beef rump cubes and water to make the stock Put kaffir lime leafs,salam,galangal,lemon grass and boil until beef is tender Season with coriander powder,cumin,salt and sugar according to taste
