Influence for our film The main influence for our film is the short film, Thirst.

The ground-hog type comedy is very similar to ours and is the main influence for our short film. The short film thirst is written by Clark Koelsch and Keith Rivers and produced

and directed by Keith Rivers. The plot of the film involves a man in a desert who is trying to find some water to drink in order to survive but is proving to be a an impossible mission as the Clark Koelsch (the main character) cant drink any water. Clark goes through various missions to try achieving the guy of drinking water and in the end he does. He achieves this by asking a passing person for water but she does not give it to him so therefore the curse passes on to her. This plot is similar to our movie Distraction, in our film though we have changed it to our main character Joe, who needs to go to the toilet but never can due to keep getting zapped back to where he started and numerous distractions that cause him problems such as a bunch of girls and a cleaning lady. Our ending is similar to, with a caretaker denies him access to the toilet which the passes on the curse.
