How to use order of operations to solve linear expressions.

Materials Needed: Smartphones with QR Stamp reader (4) QR Stamps cards (4) Class set of worksheets Other Resources: (websites, videos, books, etc.) http://qrcode.kaywa.com/ to generate QR stamps Information: Give and/or demonstration necessary information

1. I will place a QR Stamp card on each side of the room. On card will have an answer to
a problem and a QR Stamp.

2. Students will be divided in to four groups, give each student a worksheet and send 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.
each group to stand by a card. I will explain to the students that the number/number letter on the card is an answer to a problem and that each stamp contains a liner expression and a letter. I will use my phone to show the students how to scan the QR stamp and get the problem and letter. I will tell the students that the letter that they get from the QR stamp will go in the line on their worksheet above the answer. After they get they the answer they then go to that card and repeat the process The first group to get the correct answer wins
