    The weekly status report from the PhilRice Isabela MET site provides an update for the period of early panicle initiation to booting stage (Week 08). Some rat damage was observed in PSB Rc10 plots and early maturing entries, so a rat barrier will be installed. A total of 198 entries in Module 1 and 2 entries in Module 2 are already at flowering stage, with PSB Rc82 and IR75217 at flowering and PSB Rc10 in grain filling. General crop maintenance including weeding, roguing and water level control continued.
