Not to carry out any alteration to the property except with the prior written consent of

To maintain the interior of the property and keep sanitary, water and electricity
installation or fittings in the said property in good and tenantable condition (fair wear
and tear expected).

To use the premises for residential purposes.

THE LANDLORD covenants with the TENANT as:
