To maintain the interior of the property and keep sanitary, water and electricity
installation or fittings in the said property in good and tenantable condition (fair wear
and tear expected).

That the TENANT, paying the rent hereby reserved covenant and stipulations herein on
his part contained shall peaceable and quietly enjoy the property during the said term
without any person claiming from the LANDLORD.
At the expiration of the first period ofyears this TENANCY AGREEMENT may be
renewed for renegotiated terms.
