Payments may be made by Cash, Check, Debit/Credit Cards through Paypal, or the website through Paypal. Lesson Attendance/Cancellation: Punctuality is important to a successful lesson atmosphere. The student and parent understand and agree that lessons must run on schedule in order to not interrupt the flow of other lessons scheduled with the same teacher or in the same room. The lesson will end at the usual time even if

the student arrives late. If the student does not arrive within the first 10 minutes, all parties agree to treat the tardy as a missed lesson and agree to arrange a make-up lesson. To cancel a scheduled lesson, please give notice at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a refund of your fees or a make-up lesson. Lesson fees for lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will only be refunded under the following circumstances: I. Death in the Family II. Student Illness III. Family Emergencies IV. Religious Holidays If the teacher is unable to give a scheduled lesson, a make-up lesson will be provided without extra charge. There will be NO lessons on the following Days: New Years Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. If you decide to end lessons in the middle of a month, there will be no refund for the rest of the months lessons. Lesson Requirements: Students should bring the following items to every lesson: their instrument and accessories needed to play, books they are currently working out of, completed practice logs (if applicable), and a pencil. I expect students to be prepared for their lessons. Recommended practice time is about 30 minutes a day, 5-6 times a week.
