SPC 124-2007R, Methods of Testing for Rating Combination Space-Heating and Water-Heating Appliances 1. PURPOSE: The purpose of this standard is to establish a method of test to rate the performance of a combination space-heating and water-heating appliance. 2. SCOPE 2.1 This test method is intended to cover electric, gasfired, and oil-fired combination space-heating and water-heating appliances. 2.2 This standard covers appliances up to 300,000 Btu/h (87.9 kW) rated input.

ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 55-2010, Thermal Environmental Conditions for Human Occupancy This proposed addendum clarifies the normative requirements for determining metabolic rates for representative occupants and moves these normative requirements to the body of the Standard. It adds a new informative appendix containing similar material that was previously in Normative Appendix A.
