RE: Queens UFT Parent Education Conference
Dear Parent,
Enclosed is the registration information for the Saturday, November 10, 2012 Queens
UFT Parent Education Conference. We hope that you enjoyed last year's conference and
that you are eager to attend again this year.
Please complete the registration form carefully so that I can read your information.
Registration forms may be faxed, mailed or sent by email to me using the information
indicated on the form. If you have trouble printing on the form, you may send me all of
the information requested on the form using any ofthe methods above. Once I have
received your registration form, I will send your registration confirmation form to you
at your home address by mail. You must bring the confirmation form with you to the
conference.
You may copy the forms and share them with your friends; however, each person who
wants to attend the conference must select their workshops and submit a registration form
as soon as possible. Please note that children will not be allowed in the workshops;
workshops are for adults only. Childcare will be provided for school-aged children
only, as long as space is still available.
This year we are again suggesting that you select six (6) workshops; three workshops for
session #1 and three workshops for session #2. This way, if your first choice is already
booked to capacity, I will make every effort to seat you in your second or third choice. If
you do not select alternative workshops, I will place you wherever there is space
available.
