GORDONS PATTERN:

NUTRITIONAL-METABOLIC PATTERN Before hospitalization the patient (diko alam name ng Px.) eat his meal 2 times a day. Commonly he ate vegetables and meat. Now that he is still there in the hospital he ate only small amount of food compared to what he could eaten. SLEEP-REST PATTERN Before hospitalization he was able to sleep 6-8 hours in a night could nap once a day and but, sometimes he never sleep a night because of the problem that theyre experiencing. During hospitalization he thought that he was always sleeping because of the medication given to him. ELIMINATION PATTERN Normally he urinates 6 to 8 times a day, it depends on the amount of fluid that he is taking. Normally he defecates twice a day. ACTIVITY EXERCISE PATTERN(hndi ko alam pano to) When he was in her first trimester her only exercised was walking around the house to avoid edema. Now that she is in the hospital her only way of doing activity and exercised was getting up of the bed and walk like 2 to 3 step and just by sitting on the chair and sleep again. Before her hospitalization she took a bath regularly once in the morning and before she sleep at night. Now for her stayed in the hospital she never take a bath, only cleaning herself using wet towel.

COGNITIVE-PERCEPTUAL PATTERN( hindi ko alam pano to.) Patient D.H.C. never tried wearing graded eyeglasses only sunglasses and has a clear hearing. When she was on her second to third month of pregnancy she felt her smelling was became very sensitive especially to the smell of garlic and adobo. SELF-RELATIONSHIP PATTERN Patient D.H.C. felt to be a better dad and a very protective father to his children. He want to express his love to them but sometimes he had no chance to do it because of their family problems. ROLE-RELATIONSHIP PATTERN(hndi ko alam pano to.) Patient D.H.C.has a very good relationship with her in-laws actually her mother in-law and husband accompanied her to the hospital. She told me that her in-laws is like a real parents to her as her parent is not that close to her. SEXUALITY-SEXUAL FUNCTION PATTERN Patient(D.H.C). and his wife their sexual relationship changed because of their ages And because of the lack of money to provide a big family. COPING-STRESS MANGEMENT PATTERN Patient (D.H.C).stated that as a husband and wife sometimes they had a problem because of the financial problem though they can fixed it immediately because they believed that whatever comes in their life theirs always a solution.

VALUE BELIEF PATTERN Patient (D.H.C.) and wife believed in God and they always asked Him to guide their family although they cant go to church every weekend it still remains in their heart.
