M r . Armstrong has informed m e t h a t h e i n t e n d e d t o r e t u r n t o Pasadena t h i s n e x t Sabbath t o p r e a c h t o t h e combined h e a d q u a r t e r s churches on t h e day d e c l a r e d as a day o f f a s t i n g t h r o u g h o u t t h e church. Another of t h e major e v e n t s t h a t h a s t a k e n p l a c e t h i s week has been t h e naming o f M r . Dibar A p a r t i a n t o t h e p o s i t i o n of D i r e c t o r o f t h e French Work worldwide. M r . Herbert Armstrong made t h e appointment and asked M r . A p a r t i a n t o proceed immediately t o Europe t o a d d r e s s himself t o needs i n t h e French language c h u r c h e s . A f t e r M r .
