Grandmas Chili Sauce

Ingredients:
4-6 qt Tomatoes, peeled & chopped 1 Green Pepper, chopped 1 Onion, chopped 1/4 cupSalt 1 cup brown sugar 2/3 cup whtie surgar 1 1/3 cup Vinegar 2 stalks celery 1 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp dry mustard 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation:
Dont boil down to get it thick. Bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer on half hour. Let it cool. The heavy part will settle out and there will be an almost clear part on the top. Skim it off thin liquid.

Note: If you boil it down it gets mushy. Its best when it has chunks in it.
