Potato Bacon Soup

Ingredients:
1/2 package diced bacon, cooked crisp. 1 med. onion, chopped 1 1/2 tbsp. flour 3 c. chicken bouillon broth 3 med. potatoes, diced 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese Parsley 1/3 cup white wine* Instructions: Saute bacon until crisp. Put some aside to use as garnish on the soup Add onions, cook until tender. Stir in flour until smooth. Add broth and potatoes. Cook about until potatoes are done. Add small amount of broth to sour cream. Add sour cream, cheese and parsley to soup. Cook until cheese melts. Add wine I sometimes: Puree this than add the bacon. Use more bacon **Mom note: White wine always makes anything made with cheese taste cheesier.
