Step by Step Instructions: (These instructions are also found on the Edmodo page)

Students will:
-Go to Edmodo and sign in to my Spanish 3 page. Use code qvpzr9. -Select How to create a Voki, in the first directions box and follow the directions. This will be needed for the last part of the assignment. -Scroll to bottom of Edmodo Spanish 3 page to start the assignment. -The box at the bottom of the page will give you an overview of the entire assignment. Read through carefully first. Post any questions you may have under turn in. Then proceed on through each directions box moving up the page , NOT DOWN. Each box will give a description of the steps you should take to complete that part of the assignment. -The next step is to select a vocabulary word from either la ciudad or la granja and proceed to Flickr.com to find a Creative Commons picture to represent that word. Follow the directions to learn how and where to find one. -After that you will open up Wallwisher using either the ciudad or granja link (again, depending on the word you chose). You will find the link in the directions. You will paste the image and then type a sentence using your word, in Spanish, following the criteria of subject, verb, ending, and prepositional phrase. Move your Wallwisher box wherever you like. -While on Wallwisher, look at the other sentences posted by your classmates. Select two that could potentially go along with your sentence. Take all three sentences (yours included) and link them together using at least one transition word - change any pronouns, conjugations, endings, that you have to in order to make the sentence flow and make sense. You can work on it in the turn in area of Edmodo (in the box that you are reading the directions out of). -After your sentence is complete, go back to Flickr.com and find another picture (in the same area as the first) that represents your new mini paragraph. You may have to type a new word in to search for if your sentences have changed your main theme. Select your image and copy/paste it into the same Turn in Assignment area as your sentence (they will be together). Turn in assignment. -You will listen to my Voki tell you the next directions. Follow them to record your new paragraph on your Voki. Select give it a voice to record your paragraph using a school microphone, then publish. The next direction box will tell you how to do that. -After you turn in your assignment, you are done...for now. Great job! -Be sure to post any questions along the way.
