Job Description of Oracle Human Capital Management Consultant

Job Objective
Oralce Human Capital Management (HCM) , functional consultant is responsible for smooth and timely implementation of Oracle HCM modules for the clients. Consultant should lead the team towards achievement of maximum customer satisfaction and thereby achieve maximum profitability, growth and reputation in line with companys vision and values. Consultant should show deep understanding in Human Resource processes and give a strategic guidance to client in their H2R (Hire To Retire) process and propose solutions which could justify clients Return on Investment.

Job Responsibilities
Consultant should understand clients Human Resource Management Systems need and requirement and should be able to map them with Oracles HCM suites functionality. Consultant should be able to provide stable performance environment for Oracle HCM suite implementation. Consultant should serve as a perfect communication channel between the business support team and technical team at off-shore. Consultant should serve as a focal point for all Oracle Product related business mappings and gaps. Consultant should list all the system and IT architectural requirements, to run the Oracle HCM module for the given number of employees of the client. Consultant should define coding standards best practices, for the technical team to deliver standard and scalable code. Consultant should recommend appropriate course of action to maintain costeffectiveness and on time delivery solution. Consultant should help in providing best possible course of action for update and upgrade of project ( As per the clients vision) Consultant should proactively research and locate the necessary tools and processes to identify troublesome trends as they develop in course of implementation. Consultant should proactively research technology development which can be related to the implementation.

Job Description of Oracle Human Capital Management Consultant

Consultant should be responsible for determining product delivery and deployment dates for new version releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases.

Job Requirements
Consultant should be experienced in implementation of Advanced Benefits, Core HR, Payroll, Self Service and Talent Management modules of Oracle Human Capital Suite. Consultant should have at least some years of experience as Oracle Technical Consultant. Consultant should be able to provide solution based on Oracle AIM ( Application Implementation Methodology) and Oracle UOM ( Unified Oracle Methodology) Consultant should have experience in delivering custom RICE WFF solutions ( Reports , Interface, Conversion Work Flow and Fast Formula) Consultant should have worked in Oracle Approval Management Engine. Consultant should have good legislative experience on HR-Payroll Process of EMEA (Europe and Middle East Asia) and North America. Consultant should have experience in personalization of seeded oracle forms and pages. Consultant should be aware of best practices of HR processes of Petroleum and Manufacturing Industry. Consultant should have worked in onsite-offshore model. Consultant should be fluent in English (Spoken and Written). Consultant should be willing to travel for about 60% of the time. Consultant should have a valid Indian Passport. Consultant should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
