Our annual Holiday Show will be held Friday, Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. in the Ritenour Middle School gymnasium. Performers should be dropped off in the school cafeteria when the doors open at 6:30 p.m. Parents can then find seats in the gym. Tickets for the Holiday Show will go on sale at the front desk on Monday, Dec. 3. Tickets are $5 per person in advance and $7 per person at the door. Children ages 3 and under are free. Advance tickets will be available for pickup at the front desk the week before the show. The cost of tickets goes toward rental of the location, equipment, and other costs associated with the show. Costumes for the show will be borrowed from the studio. Your child will receive his or her costume in class the week before the show. Please make sure your child has nudecolored tights and a black studio leotard, as these may be used as part of her costume. Costumes should be returned to the studio the week classes resume after holiday break, which will take place Dec. 21-Jan. 6.

Recital Costume Payments

Recital costumes are expected to be paid in full by Saturday, Dec. 1. Costumes that are not paid for will NOT be ordered, and students without costumes will NOT be permitted to perform in the recital.

Holiday Party
The studio will host its annual Holiday Party on Friday, Dec. 7 from 6-8 p.m. in the upstairs studio. Parents are invited to join us but are not required to stay. Games, crafts, snacks and dancing! will be provided during the party. Please feel free to bring a treat to share.

Warm-ups and Dance Bags

Orders for studio warm-ups and dance bags will be placed before the holidays. If you would like to order these items, place your order at the front desk by November 29. Prices are as follows: $70 for a personalized jacket, $30 for pants, and $20 for a personalized dance bag.

Inclement Weather
With the winter season approaching, classes may be canceled due to inclement weather. If it is determined that weather conditions will make it unsafe to hold classes, a message will be left on the studio's answering machine by 3 p.m. Cancellation notices will also be posted on our Facebook page and website.

Tuition is due by the 15th of every month. Any payments made after that date are subject to late fees.

Important Dates for November and December

Nov. 22 No classes on Thanksgiving. Classes WILL be held on Wednesday, Nov. 21. Dec. 1 All costume payments due in full. Dec. 7 Holiday Party at the studio from 6-8 p.m. Dec. 20 Last day of classes before break Dec. 21 Holiday Show at Ritenour Middle School at 7 p.m. Dec. 21-Jan. 6 Holiday break. Classes will resume Monday, Jan. 7.
