Reminders
As we begin the second half of our dance year, please keep these things in mind: All students should be in proper dance attire when they come to class. Proper attire includes required shoes and hair pulled back from the face. Your child should have all required shoes for each class. Without the required shoes, your child will not be able to perform in recital. Please order shoes at the front desk as soon as possible. Write your child's name inside all of her shoes, bags and clothing. Although the studio has a lost and found, we are not responsible for misplaced items. Your child is also required to have a black, sleeveless studio leotard. If your child does not have one, please order one at the front desk. Please use designated waiting areas before and after class. Students should not be left outside unsupervised.

Mark your calendars! This years recital will again be held at the Ritenour High School auditorium. Dress rehearsal: Thursday, June 5 at 6:30 p.m. (arrive at 6:00 p.m.)

RECITAL

Students in Miss Jaanas Monday 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. class should arrive at 5:00.

Recital: Friday, June 6 at 7:00 p.m. (arrive at 6:30 p.m.) Saturday, June 7 at 7:00 p.m. (arrive at 6:30 p.m.) Additional information will be distributed as recital dates get closer.

Attendance Policy
Please remember that per our attendance policy, students who miss more than EIGHT classes between January and June will not be allowed to perform in the end of year recital. Also note that trophies are given at the end of the year to students who have missed eight or fewer classes. Attendance and practice are essential to learning and improving!

Watch Week
Our second and final Watch Week will be held March 3-6. As a courtesy to students and teachers, Watch Week is limited to adults only .

Inclement Weather
As the winter season continues, classes may be canceled due to inclement weather. If it is determined that weather conditions will make it unsafe to hold classes, a message will be left on the studio's answering machine by 3 p.m. Cancellation notices will also be posted on our Facebook page. Tuition is due by the 15th of every month. Any payments made after that date are subject to late fees.
