TO THE HONORABLE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY JUDGE:
Now comes Delta Produce, L.P., et al., Debtors in the above-styled proceeding, and
would respectfully show the Court as follows:
1. The Debtors filed a Motion Under 11 U.S.C. 363(b)(l) For Relief from the
Automatic Stay.
2. The Debtors request the Court to expedite this matter for hearing as soon as
possible to avoid incurring additional costs related to possession of these vehicles which are not
being used by the Debtor. There is no known opposition, and this matter should take a minimal
amount of time on the Court's docket.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the Debtors respectfully request the Court to
grant this Motion and conrct a hearing on these matters on an expedited basis.
