This is K&Es sixth monthly application for compensation (the Application) filed
pursuant to the Order Authorizing the Establishment of Procedures for Interim Compensation
and Reimbursement of Expenses for Professionals and Official Committee Members
[Docket No. 189] (the Interim Compensation Order). K&E requests: (a) payment of
compensation in the amount of $893,337.20 (80% of $1,116,671.50 of fees on account of actual
and necessary professional services rendered to the above-captioned debtors (collectively, the
Debtors) by K&E); and (b) reimbursement of actual and necessary costs and expenses in the
amount of $39,511.91 incurred by K&E during the period December 1, 2010 through
December 31, 2010 (the Fee Period).
