Notes & Terms of Work

Note: The services we provide are not designed to encourage students to cheat but to help them to improve their grades and bridge studying problems and knowledge gaps. Our services are also designed for those desperately in need of help as a result of several complex issues that many students encounter during their studies. We acknowledge that many students are lazy and often use our service to cheat but our responsibility is to provide our services in the best way possible while leaving the rest to their respective institutions to deal with. It is based on this recognition that we also offer services that at best also encourage students in positive ways. Part of such is our proof reading services, one on one tutoring and seasonal webinars where an assembly of students are addressed by some of you experts on different areas of their studying such as: how to tackle exams, how to deal with dissertations, etc. We will continually look forward to working with you as an academic expert with regard to how we can enhance students studying experience by discouraging the cheating culture for those who do through positive programs and contributions.

The Job Board:

If you have not been given access to the job board, you should expect your details via email soon. Writers should note that allowing access to anyone other than the registered writer to the job board constitutes a breach of our working terms. Any problem encountered in the job board or order posting should be reported to admin no sooner than they are observed in order to allow us serve you better. All completed papers and invoices must be submitted through the job board

A minimum of 2:1 - equivalent to 65-69 will always be expected from every writer at all time. Failure to provide such quality would result in total refund been requested from you (the writer) by the company.

Plagiarism constitutes a breach of our terms and may result in the company requesting for refund and discontinuing to work with you. Submitting an order after the specified deadline may constitute a breach of our terms in which case, the writer will be asked to make refund to the company. The writing standards of the company must always be followed except otherwise the customer has a specific requirement. Except where the company have been rightly informed at the start of our agreement, outsourcing any part of the jobs taken from Essay- i constitutes a breach of our terms of agreement. Writers should always take note of the country of origin of every customer so as to ensure that the use of language matches that of the customers county. For instance, if the student is from Britain and the writer is based in the USA, British English would be preferred to ensure that the paper matches the students requirements and does not raise any suspicion. Every writer should always try to inform the company 72 or at least 48 hours in advance if they are unable to complete any assigned order for whatsoever reason. To continue to maintain your status as a writer, you must take on at least 2 jobs in a month as a part time writer and at least 5 jobs if you are doing full time.

3. Payments: 1. All payments would be made in GBP at the price listed on the job board at the time of indicating interest except otherwise another payment arrangement is made with you as individual. 2. For writers in the United States and other countries apart from the UK. Payments would still be made in GBP at the equivalent of the dollar value due to be paid to you. 3. For new writers, payment would be made every two weeks on the 15th and 30th for the first month and thereafter every month at the 30th of each month. 4. Invoices must be received by the 28th of every month for payment to be processed promptly. Payments may be delayed for invoices not received on time for up to 5 days. 5. No fees whatsoever will be deducted from your dues except where you owe the company. In such event, you will be informed by HR and in the remittance advice.

However, for writers who may require payments to be made through other means than Paypal and local bank transfer. Transfer costs may be deducted by your bank from payments originating from abroad. 6. For writers in the USA and other countries apart from the UK, please be advised that it takes up to 4 working days to receive payment in your US bank account when transferred from the UK. Payments through PayPal are instant. 7. Depending on your bank, local transfer within the UK may also take up to 3 days. 8. Be informed that a remittance advice will be sent before payments allowing you to know what exactly to expect in your account. 9. Where you have worked above 2000 in a month, we may transfer a quarter of your payment to your bank account at your request before the actual payment date. This is to encourage you and give you room to take care of your urgent bills. 10. When you are paid what will reflect in your bank statement if GAX Ltd. 4. Opting out as a Write r As a young and growing service provider, we cannot afford to miss out the contribution of any of our writers as everyones input is valuable to the sustenance of the company. However, should you wish to opt out, it would be important that you have completed whichever order has been assigned to you. You should also inform the company as reasonably early as possible. Opting out without completing an assigned job or without informing the company well in lieu can cause damage to the company in many ways and may constitute a breach of our terms of agreement. 5. Communication The company will mostly communicate by email, mobile phone texts and sometimes by calling you where there is a pretty urgent job or if we cant get hold of you by email.
