Principles of Operations Integration of design elements for both upstream and downstream elements of the value chain. Specific Upgrader design for high grade product (diesel-naphtha) from low value crudes. Creation of a Tolling model not only for Crude but for Dewatering of produced fluids onshore to enhance field profitability for the Operator.

Mare Corp and Sonhoe have worked together for 2 Years to develop a versatile and flexible Offshore Rig to fit potential Heavy Oil Plays in the North Sea. The unit is a basic deep draft ring pontoon Semi Submersible with 4 stabilizing columns and a truss deck to fulfill the need for development of marginal fields by having the possibility to produce, drill and perform well maintenance in combination from the same rig. The design linkage to downstream facilities relates to the minimal de-watering equipment that would be required off-shore, passing this requirement to the on-shore Upgrader Facilities.

Outline approach to Toll setting, adding value to crude, risk and value sharing

$bbl

A normalized toll is charged in relation to Brent based on an agreed formula factoring an approximated diesel & namhtha ratio An approximated agreed yield An approximated crude discount to Brent Volume supplied to determine the value add differential cf alternative channels On a monthly or quarterly basis a review of the actual daily diesel, naphtha rations and crude discount to Brent accrual, claw back, netting off process for under or over charging of the toll A fixed toll is charged

Hydrocracker-based Upgrader to produce high quality diesel. Asphaltenes fed to H2/Syngas Plant. 2 x 65 ton/h asphaltenes + slurry feed to gasifier trains. H2/Syngas Plant produces hydrogen for Upgrader Surplus Syngas and HP Steam to export. H2/Syngas Plant contains ASU, CO shift, and PSA . Import oxygen, to reduce power plant requirements. Existing Local infrastructure provides: Power, Waste Water, BFW, Cooling Water, Steam, land, Tankage, Port Facilities etc.
