TheProgrammeBoardsmeetmonthly,bimonthly,orquarterlytoassesscurrentissues, plancorrectiveinterventionsandmonitorprogressagainstagreedactions.Toensurelocal residentsareinformed,involvedandinfluencingdecisionsregardingtheirlocalservices,the

ProgrammeBoardsareinvitingoneserviceusereachtojointheirboardandsharetheir viewsandhelpdesignservicesthatmeettheneedsoflocalresidents. Serviceuserswillplayanimportantroleinhelpingdeveloprobustmechanismstoensure thatservicesare:
