Improve your English skills during a 5, 6 or 9 month course and combine your studies with the opportunity of a part-time paid work placement. Business English and Exam course options are also available in selected locations.
Length: 5 (EU/EEA passport holders in the UK only), 6 or 9 months Recommended ages: 18-30 Minimum English level: Students should have a minimum of intermediate level English for job placement interviews; strong speaking skills necessary Locations: London, Brisbane, Auckland, Vancouver and Toronto Hours of tuition per week: 15 hours per week in the UK and Canada, 21 hours per week in Australia and New Zealand Start dates 2012: Jan 3 (Jan 9 in New Zealand), Mar 19 (OPUS 6 only), Apr 10 (Apr 9 in Canada), Jun 18, Sep 24, Oct 15 (OPUS 6 only)

OPUS Working Holiday in Australia, New Zealand and Canada

In Australia, New Zealand and Canada, we offer a special course for Working Holiday Visa Holders.
Length: Australia: 12 - 17 weeks study + 3 placement interviews*; New Zealand: 12 weeks study + 3 placement interviews*; Canada: 12 weeks study + 3 placement interviews* Recommended ages: 18-30 Minimum English level: Students in Australia, New Zealand and Canada should be at a minimum of intermediate level for placement interviews; strong speaking skills necessary Locations: Brisbane, Auckland, Vancouver and Toronto Start dates 2012: Every Monday in Australia, New Zealand and Canada NB: Students on OPUS Working Holiday in Australia and New Zealand must be prepared to travel to alternative locations for their placement interviews. *Interviews can take the form of trials or an informal meeting.

OPUS Euro Courses for European Union/EEA passport holders in London

OPUS Euro Special and Euro Exam Special Study English for a minimum of 6 weeks, then apply for a full-time placement in paid work. Business English or exam classes are also available.
Length: Minimum 6-week Vacation English course, or 5/10-week Exam course + 3 placement interviews Recommended ages: 18-30 Minimum English level: Students should have a minimum of intermediate level English for placement interviews; strong speaking skills necessary Locations: London Hours of tuition per week: Vacation English: 15 hrs tuition per week; Exam Course: 21 hrs tuition per week Start dates 2012: For Vacation English in London: Any Monday from January 3rd to June 11th, and August 20th to October 15th. For an Exam Course, ask your Kaplan representative for details.
