Town Board Moments 1. Citizen Concerns Oxbow Fire Dept. representative inquired about the Towns progress with the Village on Fire protection. 2.
Communications- a. Report from the DEC on an inspection of the Towns Transfer site for Nov. 29, 2012. No violations were found. B .Letter of resignation from position as a Town Councilman was received from Kenneth Bressett which was effective Jan.5th, 2013. c. Letter of resignation from Julie Farr removing herself as a Board of Assessment review member effective immediately, as Ms. Farr recently was appointed to the Town board. D. Letter of resignation received from Lucas Whitmore removing himself from the Town Planning Board . Effective Jan.1st,2013. Mr. Whitmore was elected as a Town Justice in November 2.Brief discussion on the. new Fire contract being drawn up for the Town to review and will be discussed further after the contract is reviewed. 3. Mr. Shaw read the appointments for 2013.

Next Town Board meeting will be on Feb11th, 2013 @ Town Hall @ 7PM. Village Board Moments 1.Citizen Concerns none noted. 2. DPW Nothing major to report. 3. Sewer Report.- The
Village has received notification from NYS EFC that we are eligible for a $ 3,270,000 30 year zero interest loan through them. This would result in an annual payback of $109,000. The Village still has grant applications out and is hopeful that we will receive some more grant funding to reduce the loan amount. 4. The village will be sponsoring William Ayen to the police academy, but with the possibility of not being hired upon completion. 5.Resident requested reduction in sewer usage bill due to water pipe leakage in the home. Adjustment will be made. 6. The board worked on a draft fire protection contract for the town in executive session. All members approved of it.
