upon was trying to find somewhere that reflects elegance and the meaning of the song but at the

same time reflected the mood of sorrow and portrayed a bleak and depressive feel towards the song. These pictures are ideas that I had for when the main character is sitting next to the terminally ill brother that would look out of the window to access a flash back scene that would portray how the brother became ill. The use of a white effect would portray innocence and portray a comforting feeling that the main character would have towards his ill brother. Ideally, the initial idea was to try and obtain a drip to create the ideology that the brother is seriously ill. But finding one was hard to obtain. For that reason we couldn use it. But still incorporated this white idea.

These locations are also ideal and perfect as they reflect where folk began. It began in the wild. It's a natural style of music that has been played in fields, mountains and festivals for years! Fields like these have been used in music videos before but mainly in folk.

One of mine and Ben ideas would be to have the singer walking down some country roads or in a secluded field, this way it would connote ideas of isolation that would reflect the mood, also though it would help relate back to folk genre conventions with fields. This choice of location was carefully thought out and we chose to use a field very close to the location of the house. This meant easy access to and from the field, ensuring that filming was simpler and travel distance wasn a problem.

In this scene we would have the male/female actor walking across the field playing the guitar. You can see in this picture but there are hay bales at the very back of the field and we could have to actor walking towards it and sitting on it.

These three images are perfect examples of a shot we would like to encompass into our video. These represent freedom and individuality, which is what we want to express through our video. But At the same time we also aimed for a look that can express sorrow and depression, This can possibly be achieved through a black and white overlay to express the bleakness of the music video. Again having a field that is isolated would help to enforce this idea.

This photo reflects the area which will be transformed into the area where I will hang white sheets to co-ordain of an area. Within that area I will have a small bed, padded put with sheets, quilts and pillows. I will place a small chair next to the bed for the 'brother ' to sit on and hold the 'ill' brothers hand while crying. This effect will then grab the passive audience and thus they are then intertwined within the storyline, eager to explore more in-depth with it.

I had the idea that a camera could go along the side of my house and rise up on a large stick and have it enter through either of the top windows. It would enter into a white out area with the ill brother on a bed with his brother next to him. This would then portray that Myself and Ben have thought about the use of an establishing shot and it would also show that we have This is the window the camera thought about the ideology of entering will enter from the outside. The only hard part of this scene I someone life and looking in on their lives. This idea has been used in think will be getting the camera safely through the window with the music video tan? Eminem by no jolts or shakes while filming. where you enter the window to look If this whole scene works, it will upon tan ?life. So by relating be a perfect example and back this idea to our video I have shown that I have thought of different reflect the lyrics perfectly. Also this could be the shot from camera conventions used in music where the main character looks videos. out of the window for the flashback scene. Form using this idea the audience can clearly establish which parts are in the flashback and which are not.
