Chicken Reshmi Kabab

Ingredients :
Chicken boneless500gms cut into kabab pieces ( preferably boneless from leg pieces) Wash and cut chicken into pieces and add salt tsp Ginger paste tsp and garlic paste tsp Marinate for an hour Chicken will release water. Squeeze water and marinate with the items listed below.

For the marination:


1. Ginger garlic paste1 tsp 2. White pepper powder 1 tsp 3. White vinegar tsp 4. Cashew nut paste 1 tbsp 5. 1 egg white 6. Fresh Cream 2 tbsp 7. Corn flour2 tbsp 8. Hung curd 1 tbsp 9. Salt tsp 10. Melted butter for brushing Process: 1. Marinate chicken with above ingredients for 5-6 hours 2. Skew the chicken pieces in skewers ( wooden seekhs) /knitting needles 3. Place skewers over wire high rack provided 4. In MICRO GRIL COMBINATION mode cook chicken for 7-8 min

5. While you are roasting brush melted butter on the chicken pieces at least thrice by just pulling opening the door . 6. turn chicken pieces and GRILL for 7-8 min for browning brushing butter in between. Serve hot with chaat masala and lemon juice

INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN 250 GMS CUT INTO SMALL PIECES 1 cup bread crumbs,1 cup maida,Salt , pepper as per taste Onion powder 2 tsp,Egg white 2 nos ,Milk 2 tsp Refined oil to deep fry

Cut chicken pieces into bite sized pieces To the maida add salt, pepper and onion powder and mix thoroughly To the egg white add milk and whisk lightly Take each pieces and rub maida Next dip in egg white mix Then rub over bread crumbs Repeat the coating process for first maida, egg white and bread crumbs

100 gms boiled pasta /macroni Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp Olive oil / refined oil 2 tbsp/ butter Garlic crushed 1 tsp 1 tsp chopped green chili Lemon leaves 2-3 1 medium sized onion sliced Oregano tsp pepper powder tspSalt to taste sugar tsp Red chili powder tsp capsicum sliced Grated cheese ( optional)

Process
1. In a big micro safe bowl pour2 GLASSES water and pasta/ macroni, salt 1 tsp and refined oil 1 tsp 2. Boil pasta in micro HIGH POWER for 8 -10 min in an uncovered bowl 3. Drain water and cool pasta in cold water. Rub oil so that they do not stick 4. In another micro safe bowl add 2 tbsp refined oil/ olive oil/ 5. butter and add garlic, onion & green chili & lemon leaves 6. Cook in micro HIGH for 2 min 7. Next add tomato sauce, red chili powder , salt sugar and pasta , 8. capsicum , corn and boiled pasta 9. Toss with a spoon and add grated cheese if preferred 10. Cook for another 2 min IN MICRO HIGH POWER

Choco Lava Cake

Ingredients:
1. 2 full eggs 2. 2 egg yolks 3. 3 tbsp powdered sugar 4. 3 tbsp maida 5. 4 tsp dark cocoa powder 6. 100 gms unsalted butter 7. 100 gms dark chocolate broken into pieces 8. tsp vanilla essence 9. little extra unsalted butter to grease moulds Process: 1. grease 5 oven proof glass muffin bowls 2. mix maida and cocoa powder together with a spoon and keep aside. 3. in a micro proof glass bowl add butter and dark chocolate together and melt for 1 min in micro low medium power. Stir to mix and keep aside 4. in a bowl beat eggs, egg yolks and powdered sugar together till pale in colour( beater at low speed) 5. add vanilla essence and mix again 6. now pour the melted butter chocolate mix and mix with a spoon 7. now mix the cocoa powder maida and fold with a spoon 8. the mix is thin and runny 9. pour little amount into greased muffin moulds 10. place the moulds on any oven proof tray 11. pour 1 cup water into the tray

12. preheat oven to 230 degree centigrade in CONVECTION 13. place the tray on any grill stand and bake cakes at 230 degree in CONVECTION FOR 9 MIN 14. serve hot with a scoop of ice cream if you wish

Ingredients: (Serves 2)
1. Paneer 250 gms cut into cubes 2. Refined oil 2 tbsp 3. Kaala jeer paste 1tsp,Kaju paste 1 tbsp,Kesar tsp,Meetha attar 2 drops 4. Yellow chili powder 12 tbsp,Dhania powder 2 tsp 5. Salt to taste, thick curd cup 6. Green chilies slitted 4 nos 7. 1 small onion sliced 8. Garlic chopped 1 tsp Process:

1. in micro safe dish add refined oil and add onion and chopped garlic and fry in HIGH POWER FOR 3-4 min 2. now in the same bowl add the rest of the ingredients and add to the paneer cubes 3. marinate paneer this mixture for 30 min in an oven proof bowl 4. seal bowl with atta dough 5. preheat oven to 180 degree in CONVECTION 6. bake for 20 min at 180 degree in CONVECTION 7. Garnish with slitted green chillies and serve with naan or steamed rice

Ingredients
1. Full cream Paneer 500 gms cut into 2 inches cubes 2. 1 capsicum deseeded and cut into 6-8 pieces 3. 2 tomatoes deseeded and cut into 8 pieces 4. 1 medium onion cut into 4 pieces and separate the leave 5. 1 tsp each of salt, ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi, chaat masala,sahi garam masala, kashmiri red chili powde 6. 2 tablespoon each of hung curd/ fresh cream and mustard oil

8. Pizza is one of the most popular dishes around the world. It is generally a flat round bread which is oven-baked and covered with tomatoes or a tomato-based sauce and mozzarella cheese. Toppings are also added depending on the region, culture or personal preference. In this article, we will be learning how to make a pizza at home. 9. The basic steps in pizza making are first preparing dough, then pizza sauce. After that, cheese and toppings are added according to taste and then the pizza is baked in an oven. This seems to be simple while reading but preparing a good mouth watering pizza at home drains in a lot of hard work. However, you will be able to make pizza at home easily using this step-by-step guide. 10. Let's start from the scratch. 11. Making Pizza Dough 12. Dough making has been known to humans since ages now, but mastering the art to make perfect pizza dough can be a bit cumbersome sometimes. At home, Pizza dough is prepared by hands, no special machinery is required. Then add 3 cups of flour to the mixture one-by-one and whisk in until dissolved completely. Make sure the mixture is completely smooth. Use your hands to combine the dough until all of the dry flour has moistened into a mass. 18. When the flour has absorbed all of the moisture and congealed into a firm mass, remove it from the bowl to a floured tabletop to knead it. Fold it in half again and push it into itself, again and again for perhaps 10 to 12 minutes or so, or about 200 cycles. It is very important that the dough is very well kneaded. 19. After kneading is complete, when dough transforms into a silky, smoothly-textured ball, coat the dough ball with a thin layer of olive oil. After that place it in the bottom of a large mixing bowl that has also been coated on the inside with olive oil. 20. Now comes the step on panning the prepared pizza dough.
