Elaborate as to why first moment are crucial moments in any interview? How the perceptions are formed and influenced in these first crucial moments? Since the interviewers dont have much time thats why they rely more on non-verbal communication in judging a person, which can easily be noticed in the first few moments as the person conducting the interview are well-experienced, they can judge the personality only by viewing how the person has walked in, his appearance, eye-contact, postures, body language and facial expression. These can easily predict about the skills, nature, attitude and mentality. Thats why it is advised to be firm polite and confident in the first few moment of interview as said that first impression is the last impression. Which general personal strengths/skills are being evaluated in 'Some tricky questions' slides and Why? Interviewers might sometimes ask tricky questions. Why we should not bad mouth of our previous employer? Its a very unprofessional attitude of bad mouthing about previous employer or organization because it will show the interviewer that you blame others for your failure and dont have the potential to accept failures and challenges which are a part of career. It gives impression that you are untrustworthy and disloyal.
Why is it important to have a clear objective as part of preparing for the interview?

It is very important to set a clear, easy and self explanatory objective while making resumes, because many people copy and paste their objective from internet which are loaded with full of heavy wordings about which the interviewee himself doesnt know, this will obviously tear away the impression and at last. Thats why it is advised to set an objective which could easily be justified and understood and ambiguity could be avoided and the aim of a person could be highlighted.
