MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS (WORK BOATS) All applicants must comply with the standards as specified

in the document issued by the International Maritime Organisation titled "International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1995" (STCW), including subsequent amendments. Applicants must be physically fit and aged not over 50 years and must be able to pass the required offshore medical and all HSE Training courses commensurate with positions applied for. Vessel Master aged 55 and below may be considered. Applicants who are able to furnish documents indicating successful completion of Tropical BOSEIT/HUET with EBS Trainings from an OPITO accredited training establishment, will have an added advantage. All applicants must pass the Company's Charterer SETS Test and necessary medicals including obtaining the required employment permits to work in Brunei before the Employment Contract becomes effective. The work cycle would require successful applicants to spend up to 6 months offshore at a time. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS 1. VESSEL MASTER Hold a valid license of competency as Master, Unlimited (STCW 1995 II/2 endorsement, 3000 GRT or more) which must be authenticated and verified with the relevant Government Authority of the country of origin. Have a minimum 2 years proven experience in the offshore industry as Master of a Vessel of similar type and size and have recent experience with vessels with 2 and 4 point mooring spread, including anchor handling experience and be able to communicate in written and spoken English, including necessary technical terminology, fluently. Be trained and be familiar in the use of communication equipment provided on board, shall hold at least a Radiotelephony certificate and shall be familiar with emergency radio procedures. Be fully aware of and comply with applicable industry HSE standards. In addition the Master must be familiar with the following functions; Understanding of operations; Safety awareness; Permit to work (PTW); Good understanding of the IMDG Code; People Management; HEMP & Toolbox talk; Emergency Preparedness; Competent in Ship Handling, Vessel operates on Azimuth Thrusters; Good knowledge of mooring and anchoring to platforms including pullingoff situations; Sound Gangway Rigging Management;

Conversant in Anchor recovery. 2. CHIEF OFFICER Hold a valid license of competency as Chief Officer, Unlimited (STCW 1995 II/2 endorsement commensurate with vessels size and working area). Have a minimum of 2 years proven experience in the offshore industry as Chief Officer of a Vessel of similar type and size and be able to communicate in written and spoken English, including necessary technical terminology, adequately. 3. CHIEF ENGINEER Hold a valid license of competency as Chief Engineer, Unlimited (STCW 1995 III/2 endorsement, 3000 KW or more). Have a minimum of 2 years proven experience in the offshore industry as Chief Engineer of a Vessel of similar type and bhp and be able to communicate in written and spoken English, including necessary technical terminology, fluently. 4. 2ND OFFICER & 2ND ENGINEER Hold a valid certificate of competency and STCW 1995 endorsement commensurate with the vessels size and working area. Have a minimum of 2 years proven experience in the offshore industry as 2nd Officer or 2nd Engineer of a Vessel of similar type and size and be able to communicate in written and spoken English, including necessary technical terminology, adequately.
