IN THE KITCHEN

hearty eggs in toast … a great valentines day breakfast!

1. You will need a heart shaped cookie cutter a little smaller than the size of the bread.

2. Press the cookie cutter into soft bread, one slice at a time and remove the ‘heart’ ( you can fry
this too). Then melt a little butter in a fry pan – you can add splash of olive oil to stop it from
burning.

Place the bread slice into the pan and fry it gently on one side until it’s golden brown. Turn it over
then crack your egg into the middle. A lid on the pan will help to cook the egg a little faster.

VT MESSAGE
Women have the responsibility to take part of our half of the plan of happiness given
to us by our Heavenly Father. If we don’t do our part, no one else is going to do it for us.
We cannot delegate our job to someone else. There will come a day when we will all
remember what we knew before we were born. President Spencer W. Kimball said
that; “To be a righteous woman during the winding up scenes on this earth, before the
second coming of our Savior, is an especially noble calling.”
