Enter qualifiers and anyone who is close. If they arent entered when you send your entries on May 21st , they cant be added to the field. When in doubt, enter them. No limit per event per school. Make sure your athletes will actually be at the meet BEFORE you enter them and take a spot from someone else. If you fail to enter someone who is close and other coaches do, and your athlete with a better mark than theirs isn't in the meet good luck explaining that one to the athletes and parents! It happens. Also

decide if an athlete is better off being either a fill the field athlete in the Champ meet or one of the top seeds in the JV meet!

Relays names: There are places for up to 8 names for each relay in your Team Manager. Please list enough names so that you have alternates because you cant add names to your relays after the entry deadline.

Meet entries will be posted as Performance Lists on our website by Wednesday, May 22nd for review. Any errors by the Directors or complete athlete scratches must be told to Dave or Mary by NOON, Thursday, May 23rd so we can post the final seeded meet by Thursday afternoon. So need your entries on time! PVC Championship meet Scratch Rule is in effect for this meet starting at 5:00 pm on Tuesday. If an athlete scratches from an event or at the meet fails to show for an event, they are immediately gone for the rest of the meet. Previous performances will stand. From 5:00 pm Tuesday on, only complete athlete scratches will be honored. All other NFHS rules apply, uniforms (matching for relays, etc), jewelry, electronic devices in event areas, etc. PVC Medals will be given to places 1-3, ribbons to places 4-6 in each event at each meet. There is also championship and runner up plaques for each gender in each meet. Outstanding Male & Female performer awards as voted by the coaches will be presented at each meet. Coaches will also be voting on the Coach of the Year for Large Schools and for Small Schools at these meets based on the whole season. One girls team coach and one boys team coach for each. Ellsworth, Hampden, Hermon, MDI, Old Town and Presque Isle o Small Schools: Bangor Christian, Bucksport, Central, Dexter, Fort Kent, Foxcroft, George Stevens, John Bapst, Mattanawcook, Orono, Penquis, PCHS, Searsport, Sumner and Washington Academy.
