My Summer Solstice Ritual 2012:

Guardians of the north, of earth, ground me in your solidness. Join me on this midsummers night. Guardians of the east, of air, blow your cleansing breezes into this circle. Join me on this midsummers night.
Guardians of the south, of fire, bring your sacred heat into this circle. Join me on this midsummers night. Guardians of the west, of water, wash me in your calming waves. Join me on this midsummers night. Lord and Lady, sky and earth, I ask you to join me on this midsummers night. In perfect love and perfect trust I form this circle in your Name.

(Focus on wishes for the coming year, for self and for others as well as the Earth: for self love, work/school, strength as a mom; for others good growth and joy for keegan; for earth peace, health. Write these wishes and fold them up. ) MotherFather God, I ask you to bring into my life that which will bless and strengthen me, and to remove those things which will harm or hinder me. From air I ask the winds of honesty and change to fill my life. From fire I ask all negativity to be burned away. From water I ask to be refreshed and made new, washed clean of my old self. From earth I ask comfort, that I may be grounded and made strong like the oak and the mountain. (Spend some time visualizing the old me passing away, the new me becoming. When ready, close the circle.) Guardians of the north, thank you for your help. I bid you farewell. Guardians of the west, thank you for your help. I bid you farewell. Guardians of the south, thank you for your help. I bid you farewell. Guardians of the east, thank you for your help. I bid you farewell. Lord and Lady, thank you for your loving presence. I bid you farewell.
