(U) Enclosed please find document Nos. 3400006 through

3400010, together with copies of four videotape recordings
referenced in TDX-315/33543-02 (and subsequent reports), all of
which are responsive to Item Nos. 2 and 3 of DCI Document
Request No. 34 (DR #34). The videotapes are bates-stamped as
Nos. 3400011 through 3400014.

(U) Pi-ease note that document No. 3400006 is a memorandum

for the record explaining the Central Intelligence Agency's
production of documents and videotapes in response to
DR #34.
