Role Description:
Willingness to work in 24/7 Job. Function as primary point of contact for incidents reported from users. Providing first level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests, using the incident management work flow and request fulfillment processes, in line with Service Desk objectives. Should have basic understanding of Network support tools and technologies. Work independently towards Identification of the ticket type and assign them to the respective teams. Responsibility to Escalate to senior professionals in understanding non-routine and complex troubleshooting tickets and get them assigned to the right Team on time. Good to have basic Understanding of Cisco routers and switches, LAN, WAN and routing protocols.

Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills in English. CCNA Certification (Preferred) Soft Skills Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Excellent Analytical & Virtual troubleshooting skills
