A Digital Film graduate with a passion for post production. 2nd Assistant Editor, Bypass, Third Films March - May 2013 For this feature film, I worked with the assistant editor in logging shots and backing up footage, aswell as other DIT tasks. Editor/Colourist/1st AD, Valuable, Boxed In Films Jan - May 2013 A 15 Minute dissertation drama. Winner of five Sparky Awards inc. Best Editing & Best Drama. Editor, Made 4 the Cage, Smooth Motion Pictures I was hired to edit a four-hour live MMA fighting event to be sold to fans. Dec 2012 - Jan 2013

Assistant Editor, Dene Films Nov 2012 Completed a week of work experience at Dene Films, a post-production house in Newcastle. I worked alongside the head of sound and editors as they produced television adverts. Production Assistant, Ebchester Boat House, ALTO Media April 2012 For this documentary I assisted the director in conducting interviews and also filmed cutaways. Sound/Editing Assistant, Detached, Contrapunto (UK) Feb - March 2012 Short drama in which I was shot logging and boom operating for the majority of the shoot. OTHER EXPERIENCE Shadowed a lead editor at the BBC in London for a day in March last year. Filmed and edited several wedding films and other events for friends and family. McDonalds crew member from September 2009 to August 2011. I had many responsibilities and duties, and gained good experience of working in a demanding, fast-paced working environment. I received a Crew Member of the Month award on two occasions whilst working there. From 2009-10, I was elected by my peers as Head Boy of Broadgreen International School. I regularly attended school council meetings to address school issues, and helped organise the leavers ball. Completed 150 hours of voluntary work whilst at Sixth Form.
