One of the Companys projects is the Riviere Dore project, which is located southeast of
the town Val- dOr, Quebec. Canadian law related to aboriginal rights, including
aboriginal title rights, is in a period of change. There is a risk that future changes to the
law may adversely aect the Companys rights to its Canadian projects, including the
