that complainant has purchased tickets to fly from Mumbai to Phuket via
Bangkok and Phuket to Mumbai via Bangkok for Rs.62,529/-. Heard
grievance of the complainant. It is harped upon the fact that though
complainant had booked tickets for business class she was required to
travel through economic class due to fault of opponent. The complainant
has filed claim for claiming compensation of Rs.99 Lakhs. It is nowhere
made clear as to how the complainant claimed Rs.99 Lakhs towards
compensation. Claim appears to be inflated. Hence, we pass the
following order :-
-: ORDER :-
1. Consumer complaint is returned to the complainant for filing before
appropriate Forum or to effect changes.
2. Consumer complaint stands disposed of accordingly.
3. No order as to costs.
4. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
