we have come a long way to find a SUPERB solution for traffic/ transportation management
Executive Summary

During day time, all the Hong Kong island major road got traffic jam.
Previously, there were proposals of introducing NEW ROAD, NEW BRIDGES,
NEW electronic toll system. However, there are no proposals that targets on
resolving the railway issue through the Underground railway system. HENCE,
here is the proposal of resolving that by building a new cross harbour tunnel
– removal of the 30 years old HUNG HOM cross harbour tunnel and rebuild of
a new logistics / transportation exchange HUB by REMOVING oi man estate .
Shipping back empty cargo containers via sea route

In short, all the passengers have to cross the tunnel in the Middle region of
HK island by underground metro mass transits railway only, bus and private
car and minivan NO LONGER have to cross the Hung Hom cross harbor
tunnel. This way, we could build express road in the HONG KONG Island with
minimal traffic lights that will facilitate the traffic. – removal of the colonial-
OLD buildings are optional – but why we have to KEEP THOSE. rat infestation
(-ed) building structure – we got so many nice museums that no one bother
to visit – even when it is free

In additional , the logistics hub could be the freight forward cargo center and
use the harbor or extension of the TUNG CHUNG line to ship back all the
EMPTY cargo container back to CONTAINER TERMINAL near Tsing Yi or the
back to the airport in LANTAU island – so far shipping empty cargo container,
the whole world does not have a satisfactory solution – e.g. middle east
empty cargo issue
