PROGRAMME Sunday 24th November FITA 18m tournament over three sessions followed by presentation of awards. Assembly at 9.15am, 12.15pm and 3.15pm Practice 9.30pm, 12.30pm, 3.30pm. Entry fee: Seniors 7, Juniors 5 per round GENERAL INFORMATION Entries: Telephone or email entries will be held for 72 hours and only confirmed on receipt on payment. Any late entries for which payment has not been received will be released 30 minutes before the start of that session. Any archer not registering to shoot by the time of assembly for their session may find their place re-allocated without entitlement to a refund. Practice: there will be two ends of two minutes practice before each session. Target Faces: Shooting will take place on three spot faces, single 40cm face for longbow/barebow. Target List / Results: available on our website or via SAE from the organiser. Dress Code: GNAS dress regulation 307 will apply. Soft soled shoes MUST be worn in the sports hall. Drug Testing: Competitors at this shoot may be liable for drug testing and must comply if approached to give samples. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Written consent must be provided for juniors by parent/guardian signing the entry form. Refreshments: Weather depending, Crocs Catering will be present selling quality food. Drinks and snacks are also available from vending machines at the venue. Membership: All competitors must be a member of GNAS or FITA and produce membership cards as proof of affiliation. Photography: No unauthorised photography will be permitted at this event. Please sign the entry form or register with the organisers on the day if you intend to take pictures or film. Accommodation: Details of local B&B can be provided or contact the North Norfolk information centre 0871 200 3071. Camping / Caravanning available next to the sports centre. Please make cheques payable to Fakenham Bowmen Awards: awards for each category will be presented according to entries received at the closing date.
