April 2009 were circulated by email prior to and tabled at the meeting. Minutes accepted with one clarification-SCEG grant result due in August.

attached. Update: Purchase of Library Circulation desk discussed. Further update next meeting. Action: Trish/Kathi to inform meeting of supplier and installation date. • Discussion re Foxtel package choices. To be held over until further information available from Colleen.

President’s Report – 6 May 2009 Julie Moffat and Lulu Mitchell
• House colour T shirts – the new order has arrived
• S and C Events Calendar - was distributed to all parents in April • S and C information on the school website – is about to be sent to Paul McLean and it will have a link to the S and C events Calendar • Easter Raffle - Co-ordinated by Mary Thompson and a team of helpers - 11 baskets of goodies were won - Over $2000 raised – Kathi will have exact figure. - Fantastic effort from all the kids and parents. The staff bought lots of tickets too! Robyn Walmsley won a basket. • Mothers’ Day Movie Mayhem - Please encourage everyone you know to go this Friday. It’s a lovely night to have out and know your children are being well cared for and having fun. Put your form and money in by Thursday. • The Bingo night is the next fundraising date to put aside – June 20 at the School. Kathi Hillier is co-odinating • Fete co-ordinators - 2 people have been found who will work together: Marianna Koulias and Sophie Nicholl. • Traffic safety issues - after an initial email, no-one volunteered to look into the traffic safety issues raised at April’s S and C meeting. Lulu will make further enquiries. • Volunteers - from the beginning of the year have been wonderful in making notes look classy, bringing food to S and C meetings etc. Lulu still to let some people know what teams they are on. • S and C will be trying to make more use of the noticeboard at the bottom of the Abercrombie gate stairs for notices of events and meeting minutes.
