Organizers These rules including the www.acer.com Privacy Notice and Terms of Use govern the Click Karo Dreams contest (Contest) as organized by M/s. Acer India Private Limited (Acer), and agency partner Draft FCB Ulka Advertising Pvt. Ltd. (Draft FCB) collectively referred to as Organizers. A submission in the contest constitutes your acceptance to the following rules: Eligibility This Contest is only open to residents of India. All national and local laws and regulations of India apply. Participant/contestant/entrant/you must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this Contest. Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Contest Organizers, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and any company involved in the design, execution, production or judging of this promotion (contest entities) are ineligible. Void where prohibited. The contest is not applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu. Participant Warrants By submitting an entry you warrant that your submission:

Does not contain any objectionable content that is seen in bad taste or is offensive to any individual, community, religion, gender. Does not contain any content that infringes on any third party intellectual Property (IP) rights, and that you own or otherwise have all rights necessary for the submission including any and all IP rights Does not disclose any information which would constitute a violation of a confidentiality obligation; Does not contain any viruses, worms, spy ware, or other components or instructions that are malicious, deceptive, or designed to limit or harm the functionality of a computer; and Is not subject to license terms that require any software or documentation incorporating or being derived from your contributions to be licensed to others. Ownership and Publicity Contest Organizers do not claim ownership of your submission to the contest; but by submitting an entry, you are granting the organizers the following worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, unconditional, fully paid-up rights: (1) to make, have made, use, copy, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of the entry, (2) to publicly perform or display, import, broadcast, transmit, distribute (directly and indirectly through multiple tiers), license, offer to sell and sell, rent, lease, or lend copies of the entry (and derivative works thereof), (3) to sublicense to third parties the foregoing rights, including the right to sublicense to further third parties, and (4) to publish your name or alias in connection with this contest and your entry. Participants understand and agree that their entry(ies) may be posted and publicly viewable. By providing a submission(s), you grant Contest Organizers and its affiliated companies the right, except where prohibited by law, to use your name for promotional purposes in promoting or publicizing the contest. Contest organizers however, does not have any obligation to use the submitted or winning Entries for any purpose. The contest organizers reserve the final right to upload or display the participants entry. Contest organizers hold the right to withdraw change or modify the contest without prior notification.

Participation Modalities The players will have to participate by creating and submitting their entry (Dreamboard) using images (participants selfowned and others provided on the website from time to time) and a write-up as required at the time of participation. The players can participate any number of times in a week, but only one entry will be considered for gratification. Votes from multiple entries cannot be clubbed together. Incomplete entries will not be considered. Judging & Selection of the winner This is a weekly contest, all the entries submitted with in designated time period will be considered for gratification. The votes/entry will be brought to zero at the beginning of each defined week. All the completely filled entries that receive a minimum of 25 votes in a week will be eligible for the final gratification. The players will be selected on basis of votes they get (in the contest week) on their Dreamboard (in the application developed for this purpose) and an independent jurys selection (appointed by organizers) of the best write-up from the participant. Winners from earlier weeks will not be considered for next week prizes even if they have the maximum votes. The jurys decision on winners will be final and binding on all the participants. The gratification images & price used in communication are for representation purpose only and the actual product may vary from these. The organizers reserve the right to replace the prizes with an equivalent value prize at their discretion. Apart from prizes offered as part of the contest, no monetary compensation will be paid for any of your contest submissions. Contest Organizers are not responsible for the contest entries/submission(s) not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions. Organizers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or any other persons or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest.

All the winners are liable for identity verification and may be required to furnish necessary ID proof for the same. The winners will have to either collect their gratification from a designated Acer store OR will get it via a reliable courier service/registered parcel. Prizes dispatched by courier/registered parcel etc., any receipt of such gift by unauthorized person other than the intended recipient, the Organizers shall not be responsible for any subsequent claim by the winner due to receipt by unauthorized person. Any unclaimed prizes by the winner within 15 days will automatically forfeit their claim on that and the organizers shall not be responsible for any or disputes. The gift vouchers will be valid for a period of one year from the date of issue and will be provided to winners as is. Any claim on logistics and specific purchases on the website will be responsibility of the designated e-commerce partner. Contest Organizers Warranties and Disclaimers Contest Organizers do not provide any warranty on the prize. To the fullest extent allowable by law, Contest Organizers specifically disclaims any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the contest or the prizes including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.

Release of Liability and Issues of Law By participating, all entrants/participants release Contest Organizers, its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all entities associated with the development and execution of this contest from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with participation in this contest, and/or the acceptance or use of prizes. Entrants/participants also agree that Contest Organizers, its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all entities associated with the development and execution of this promotion are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or resulting from the contest, the submission and/or its prizes. Contest Organizers are not liable for damage to a user's computer system (including, without limitation, any server failure or lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction) due, either directly or indirectly, to an entrant's participation in the contest or downloading of information in connection with the contest. Contest Organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at their sole discretion, in the event that any portion of any website used to administer any aspect of the contest becomes technically corrupted. Contest Organizers assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The taxation liability for the prizes shall be governed by the taxation laws in force during the contest period, and all liability in respect thereof shall fall solely on the winner. The Contest Organizers shall have no obligations or liabilities in respect of the same. THE BANGALORE COURTS SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY DISPUTES RELATING TO THE CONTEST AND THE LAWS OF INDIA SHALL GOVERN THE CONTEST. EACH ENTRANT/PARTICPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. The Contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law. If Contest Organizers denies you any eligible prize(s), Contest Organizers entire liability and your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to a distribution of the equivalent amount of prizes as set forth above. By participating in the contest, you waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based.
