Whereby it is agreed as follows: 1. The Lessor has rented 1 room with attached bathroom in a 4BHK house to the Lessee situated at _________________________________________ ___________________________________________________________ at the monthly rent of Rs.______________________________. The Lessee has paid 4 months rent in advance. As a consequence of paying advance payment, there is a mutual agreement between lessee and Lessor, Lessor will give 10% discount on 4 months rent.
