Sir, This is to inform you that I am aware that my ward has volunteered to participate in a 8 day education tour organised by the institute for the first year PGP students where in they would leave Patna on the 24th of Feb night ,visit Bangalore , Mysore and IIM Kozhikode and return to Patna on the 3rd of March11. (Details of the itinerary mentioned below). I have no objection if my ward participates in the tour. I also ensure that he/she would strictly abide by all the behavioural norms imposed by the institute and the teachers/staff escorting them during the tour failing which he/she would be liable for disciplinary action. I understand and accept that the institute will not be responsible for any mishap/ untoward incident arising from improper/ in disciplined behaviour of my ward This is for your information and record please
