TERMS AND CONDITIONS Vendors 1. I love weekend bazaar is opened to all Malaysians aged 18 & above. The bazaar is open from 10am 4pm. Vendors must set up by 9.30 am. 2. The promotional rental rate is RM70 for two days. Full payment must be made before date of event. There will be no refunds for cancellation. 3. Size allocated per single space is : 8ft by 6ft. 4. Vendors are allowed to display their products strictly within space/area allocated only. 5. Vendors are required to bring own display racks, tables, chairs and all of which must be removed immediately after the event is over. 6. Vendors are responsible for the safekeeping of their respective goods, properties and personal belongings. 7. Vendors will also be responsible for and will take the necessary precaution to ensure their own personal safety while on the premise, for the entire period of the event. 8. In the event the sales secured from this Weekend Bazaar does not meet the expectations of the vendors, the vendors cannot and will not hold the organizer liable / responsible for the amount of sales collected. 9. Electricity will be charge RM 10 for two days. 10. NO cooking, heating up of food allowed, no wet food (vegetable, fish, meat etc), no pets allowed. Vendors must ensure that their assign lot is clean at all times. Organizer 11. The organizer reserves the right to reject products that are not declared / stated on this form. 12. The organizer reserves the right to relocate vendors when necessary. 13. The organizer will not be responsible for the loss / damage of products, properties and personal belongings of the vendors. 14. The organizer will not be responsible for the personal safety of the vendors while on the premise for the entire period of the event.
