What is Qigong? Qigong is the science of cultivating the bodys internal energy, which is called Qi in Chinese. The word Gong describes the study of a thing. So we can de ne Qigong as the training or study of dealing with the bodys internal energy which takes time and e ort. By harnessing ones Qi, you can tap into the energies of the body and learn to listen, control, and even heal oneself. Qigong addresses all facets of the human being as a science, generating an awareness and appreciation for yourself within your environment, respecting the energies of the earth and the universe, and exploring the vastness of the human condition.

OUR HISTORY
Estblished in 1985 to teach the three thousand year old practice of Qigong to increase health and vitality using natural methods. To stretch out to the community the academy has established relationships with the York Region District School Board, natural medicine colleges, special needs centers, and tness gyms.
