RESOLUTION 1314-05
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE ECONOMICS FACULTY TO ALLOW THE STUDENTS REUSE THE EMPTY PAGE OF PRINTED PAPERS IN THEIR SUBJECT REQUIEMENTS ----------------------------------------------------------------15 August 2013 WHEREAS, it is consistent with Xavier Universitys mission to care for the environment by minimizing the use of environmentally hazardous materials and reducing garbage disposal. WHEREAS, it conforms also the Green Campus Agenda (GCA) which is to make Xavier University a green campus. The GCA cemented XUs resolve to be a university that shares in the conservation and protection of the environment, and, in the process, restores or creates relationships with creation. WHEREAS, XU-Economics Society supports the advocacy of the university by utilizing the empty page of printed papers in all its printed transactions inside the university. WHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this council is hereby requesting the Economics Faculty to allow the students reuse the empty page of used papers in all their subject requirements.
