augmentation.
Moderate addiction to Kamikaze requires he feed the addiction at least once a week if he fails a
Body + Willpower test with a -4 dice penalty
Kamikaze is a tailored combat drug. In addition to other efects, it provides the High Pain
Tolerance quality at Rating 3. When kamikaze wears of, the user crashes and sufers –1 Reaction
and –1 Willpower for 10 x 1D6 minutes. She also sufers 6S damage (not resisted).
The repeated use of kamikaze has a destructive efect on the user’s metabolism. Large doses can
cause excitement, tremors, momentary euphoria, and dilated pupils. Excess doses (bordering on
overdose level) cause anxiety, hallucinations, and uncontrolled muscular movements. Even
higher dosages lead to death. Kamikaze users are near-crazed, flled with a feeling of
imperviousness and invincibility, exhibiting almost no regard for their own well-being.
Whenever the character uses Edge, roll 1D6; on a 1 the effects of the Edge are reversed (dice
lost instead of gained, regular glitch turned to critical glitch, etc)
Balance Tail provides two bonus dice to all tests involving balance (climbing, walking a ledge,
jumping, falling, etc.) and increases Body by 1 when determining knockdown from an attack.
Cybereyes grant the character 20/20 vision and can have their external appearance tailored
simply by downloading a new "skin".
Eye recording unit allows the character to record whatever he sees.
Flare compensation eliminates glare penalties and protects the user from both blinding flashes of
light and (if the character has thermal vision) from heat flashes.
Image link allows the character to display visual information (text, pictures, movies) in his field of
vision.
Occular Drone allows the character to remove his eyeball and use it as a remote drone (Handling:
+1, Accel: 3/15, Speed: 15, Pilot: 3, Body: 1, Armour: 0, Sensor: 2).
Protective covers provide 2/2 natural armour for the character's eyes.
Radar Sensor provides the same visibility as Ultrasound but can see through up to 20 points of
barrier rating. It does not show colours and can be jammed and has an effective Signal rating of
2.
Smartlink grants a +2 dice bonus to any firearms skill test made with properly linked smartgun,
includes a range finder and weapon data display, and allows special actions such as mode
changes, choke adjustments, and clip ejection to be taken as free actions.
Thermographic vision allows the character to see into the infrared spectrum, allowing them to
detect heat.
Vision Enhancement increases the acuity of the character's vision, granting him +3 dice when
making any vision-based Perception test.
Vision Magnification allows the character to zoom in to up to 50 times magnification. By taking a
simple action in combat, the character can zoom in on a target and eliminate all range penalties.
Cyberears provide perfect hearing.
Damper protects the character's hearing from sudden increases in sound as well as damaging
sound levels and provides a +2 dice bonus for resisting sonic-based attacks.
Ear Recording Unit allows the character to record whatever he hears.
Spatial Recognizer allows the character to easily determine the direction a sound comes from,
providing a +2 dice bonus to any test to do so.
Datajack allows the character to slot and mentally access chips, softs, and BTLs, and to use a
direct physical cable link to another datajack user to communicate without risk of eavesdropping.
Dermal Plating adds discernible armour platies under the character's skin and provides +1/1
armour (cumulative with worn armour).
Cyberlimbs increase the character's physical damage condition blocks by two (already factored
into the values listed).
Hand razors are retractable blades under or parallel to the fingernails that allow the character to
inflict (Str/2 + 1)P damage when attacking with the cyber implant weaponry.
Cyber holster allows the character to house one pistol-sized weapon within his cyberlimb.
Inserting/removing the weapon requires a simple action. Spotting this weapon requires a
Perception + Intuition (4) test.
Wired Reflexes add +1 to the character's Reaction and adds +1 Initiative Passes. It takes a free
action for the character to enable or disable this system.
Bone Density Augmentation increases the characters body weight, grants +2 dice when resisting
damage, and allows the character to inflict (Str/2 +1)P damage when attacking unarmed.
