No refund or adjustment will be made for a change of choice or spacing after a plate has been ordered or if the request form is incorrectly completed. The Secretary of States office is authorized to recall a plate determined to be obscene or offensive. All request forms should indicate whether you want the Secretary of State to assign one of your choices with the next available number if your exact request is unavailable. If you wish to submit more than three requests, attach additional selections to the request form.

Established in 1966, the Chicago Bulls became the 10th franchise team to join the National Basketball Association. The Chicago Bulls team is home for legendary basketball players Norm Van Lier, Jerry Sloan, Bob Love, Chet Walker, Scottie Pippen, Michael Jordan and current superstar, Derrick Rose, as well as Basketball Hall-of-Fame coach Phil Jackson. All of Chicago celebrated when the Bulls brought home the championship trophy six times during the glorious 9193 and 96-98 seasons. Since 1967, loyal fans flocked to the Chicago Stadium to see the Chicago Bulls play until 1994, when the teams new sports facility, the United Center, opened. As a longtime Chicagoan and sports fan, I am proud of the legacy this team has built in this great city. It is my pleasure to team up with the historic Bulls organization to offer Chicago Bulls license plates. I am pleased that purchasing a set of these plates will contribute to the Professional Sports Teams Education Fund to benefit the Common School Fund, which supports public schools throughout the state.
